I disagree, I think MMA is an honorable way to fully express the art of combat, without restriction like boxing. The people who get into know whats they are getting into. First the guy on the ground is fighting back, fighting off their back up kicking and or trying to win via choke or submit with arm-bar, ect, which involves techniques that you as a martial artist have little to know knowledge about judging by your ridiculous comments . You need to educate yourself and learn what MMA really is.

You say Boxing is OK... "10 count, let the guy get back up"... for what to get concussed 2-3 times in a fight, just asking for some brain damage. Dude really educate your self before you speak on something you haven't the slightest clue about. Watch and find out there are rules, see the competitors shake hands before most fights and when somebody is really hurt and needs to be taken out on a stretcher (RARELY) the other fighters usually feel bad and has legit concern, they know thats their opponents, life and lively hood on the line.

Also nobody has died in the UFC and there are less injuries and deaths then Boxing, NFL, NHL, learn the facts instead of talking out of your ass.  There's a medic next to the cage in case of emergency, why is there medics at football games hockey games at a WWE event ect. You act like UFC is the only one when damn near every sport has emergence medics.

Comparing MMA to rape is rediculous, especially telling people to educate their self, take your own advice. We all know you probably only average C's in school thats why your a Cop.

I used to like your videos but after this one I question your intellect, as you constantly contradict yourself through your rant being the biggest Youtube hater ive ever seen.

You must have got your ass kicked by a MMA or Brazilian jujitsu guy, if not you should spar one so he can show you that your wrong about the ground game and that your only a half ass martial artist because the way your talking I know you would get destroyed if you were put on your back, with out the BJJ guy even having to punch you.

You got something bad to say about Judo because its not just throws, there is ground grappling also. The UFC female champ is a bronze medalist in judo an Olympian and so are many others who compete in the UFC. There's a silver medalist wrestling and a few that made it and competed at the Olympics.

You are very narrow minded, I understand you don't like MMA but please do everyone a favor and stick to tutorial videos about thing you actually know about or at least do your homework before you rant and don't  talk out of your ass.

Also I'd like to ask how you act when you win a game or a contest. Do you get happy and celebrate or do you just remain emotionless. MMA fighters act no different then a football player or hockey player scoring a goal or getting a touch down or when they win the game. Sure some take it overboard but so do guys in other sports. Tiger Woods is always cussing throwing his clubs when his misses. Not to mention at NHL and NFL games they don't even shake hands unless its the end of a play off series, at UFC events fighter usually shake hands before and after the fights, some guys even hug and praise there opponents afterwards.

As a police officer to say MMA is worse then rap, is just ridiculous. Most Rap glorifies negativity makes it look cool and kids take that as the truth as it were from some holly book, and go out and act like what they hear people shooting people and sell drugs which results in injury and death, a lot of these MMA guys come up out of bad neighborhoods where they are exposed to the hip hop lifestyle and they use MMA as an avenue to escape and end up making a living for their self and their family. Most kids coming out of the ghetto want to be hustler, gangsters or pimps and I bet a high percentage do end up being one or the other.

Also wrestling is in my opinion is just as violent and has negative depictions that are worse then seeing a couple guys fight honorably in a mma bout. WWE may be fake but sends a way worse message then MMA.

WWE teaches kids or youth its OK to gang up on people, hit/stomp/jump on their opponent when their down some times with weapons like barbwire baseball bats, chairs, sledge hammers the stairs going into the cage, you name it, not to mention the guys getting slammed through a table(s). In real life people would be dead after some of the attacks like I've seen on WWE and othe "Pro Wrestling shows. not to mention you don't see someone at a UFC event jump the cage and tag team there buddies opponent. And then next week the victim of the brutally acted/depicted attack is back and kicking ass in revenge, teaching kids that an eye for an eye is ok and two wrongs make a right. So really use your head and think about it, some kids don't know wrestling isn't real, they think these guys are invincible, myself I thought WWE was real until I was like 11 years old and fake or not sends a negative message that kids have in that past have copied what they seen on WWE and some kids have got seriously hurt, died or killed another kid.

There has only been a few deaths in MMA due to the actual fight; none of which have been in the UFC. All deaths were during, I'm pretty sure a few were during unsanctioned events and the other were during events ran by low level inexperienced shifty promotions so pretty much during you "underground" events where you say they should "leave MMA". Also you say your cool with boxing which the history averages works out to be like 9 deaths a year. So again Learn your facts, I posted a few lists for you to educated yourself with so maybe you wont contradict yourself as much on your future MMA rant videos.

"Professional boxing matches, the Manuel Velazquez Boxing Fatality Collection lists 923 deaths during the 118 year period of 1890-2007"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Kirkham
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sportspeople_who_died_during_their_careers

Another point I would like to make is if someone is stupid enough to do half the shit you talking as a result of anything they watch or hear then they need to be monitored and should not be aloud to listen to or watch certain TV shows, music, video games ect. because they are stupid and or missing a few screws and children need to be monitored by their parents and taught right from wrong.

Only thing I agree with that you said is the best martial artists are bus drivers ect, You very well could be right but with an attitude like yours they will never know for sure because they may have never properly tested their self against another martial artist. Lets have them wait until an unfortunate situation happens and test their self willingly or unwillingly on the street against someone who may or may not know anything, may or may not be carrying a weapon, or against a group of guys who probably grew up watching WWE that decide they want to gang up on the martial artist and smash him with a beer bottle or some random weapon or object they have on them or find laying around in their surroundings,

If you learned the history of MMA and the leaps it has taken from when it was advertised as a blood sport putting each martial art against each other to see which is the best then you would realize its not as bad as it used to be and they have made it into a legit sport like boxing with safety measure, rules and again the guys know what they are getting into they know what they signed up for and are paid to do it. And for your information the ground guy(BJJ) that what you call but fucks his opponent won the first few, fighting guys like you. It wasn't until someone figured out they should cross train because their martial art was not good enough and incomplete that others started winning. Even Bruce Lee a guy you praised seen the problem with most traditional martial arts and the limits they have thats why he started Jeet Kune do, one of the original mixed martial arts concepts. I think Bruce would enjoy a competition like UFC/MMA because enjoyed all aspects of fight and was a competitor his self (boxing tournament champion)

Anyways do your research please and if you don't like MMA then don't watch it the world doesn't need another person preaching to them and trying to set more rules, that's what the government is for and they have legalized and sanctioned MMA in most states, territories and provinces across north america and the world:
http://www.ufc.ca/discover/sport/rules-and-regulations

Here are some of the rules now a days and safety regulations.

BETTING TIPS FOR UFC 144:

Check out these fights, they are good bets for you gamblers, throw a few bucks down you could be in for a surprise. This is my personal opinion, I make no guarantee but if either one hits your going to make a decent profit and neither is out of the question at all.

Yushin Okami (-450) vs. Tim Boetsch (+300)

Tim Boetsch would be a good money maker if he can pull this off, he has yet to lose since dropping to middle weight 2-0 so far as a MW, Okami who is coming of a KO loss should have a much harder time man handling Tim Boetsch seeing as Boetsch has a habit of man handling his opponents also though it is a ballzy bet just about anytime betting against Okami, Boetsch (14-4)definitely has the well rounded skill to pull this off , 6 of his 14 wins are by KO, 5 by sub and 3 by decision. Also to note Boetsch has 4 loses two less loses then Okami, 1 by KO, 1 by Sub, 2 by Dec compared to Okami's 2 by KO and 4 by Decision.
Okami (26-6)[9ko/4sub/12dec/1dq] is the more experienced fighter but both fighters history of actual finished fights statistics are fairly similar and close Okami 13/Boetsch 11. This fight could put Boetsch in line for a title shot so you can be sure he will be on his A game, Okami has the Home crowd advantage in this fight but that’s about it, this should be a good fight but if you like to gamble throw a 20 down on Boetsch; he could give you a good return, its called gambling though I cant guarantee only point out a good bet.

Riki Fukuda (-300) vs. Steve Cantwell (+230)

Steve Cantwell is on a 4 fight loosing streak, but all these fights were decision losses.
Cantwell is known for finishing fights going 7 - 1 in the beginning of his career with all 7 wins ending in stoppages most in the first round. The man has only been finished once in his career a 1st round TKO loss to Brian Stann. Cantwell came back a year and 5 months later and TKO Stann in the 2nd round and Win the WEC LHW title. Steve's last fight was his Middleweight debuted, so he is sure to perform better after a tough Decision loss to Mike Massenzio. Fukuda's is the more experienced fights though he seems to have fought lower level fighters, some with decent records some with out. Two notable fighters he beat, Ryuta Sakurai & Murilo Rua. Though Cantwell has 10 less fights then Fukuda; Cantwell has faced tougher competition hands down from the start of his career and is proven to be the better rounded fighter with 3KO/4SUB opposed to Fukuda's 7KO/1SUBS/9DEC. Both fighters Loss Record match exactly 1KO/4DEC.
IMO Cantwell should have this fight, the fight is even at the vary least,
Cantwell is a good bet to make money on at +230
Don’t be surprised if Cantwell finishes the fight in the early rounds, Cantwell knows what it takes to be a champion this bet I can damn near guarantee is sure money but when gambling nothing is 100% sure. I personally think the odd makers have this one backwards

I AM BACK AT IT AGAIN!

I will be posting blogs as much as I can from now on to let people know what’s going on in my life. I have big plans in the next little bit and nobody to hold me back at all from accomplishing my goals but myself.
Stressful times the last 8-9 months, lots of ups and downs; laid off from a few decent jobs, a stressful break up leading me to have to start over totally and putting me into a depression where I didn’t have motivation to train anymore, took a good month or 2 to get over the hurt and betrayal feelings but the anger burned away for many months after up until recently. Again I'm having trouble finding full time work but not letting it get me down and I feel lucky to have the part time work I have been getting. Although my money is proper I feel like I am ready to go back to training; I didn’t want to train with the anger in my heart. I train with a great group of guys so I didn’t want my mental state to effect every one that I was around, that’s why I decided to take the leave of absences from my gym.

I am now feeling more motivated then ever, my writers block is gone so I am again writing music and hope to finish an album with the help of some good friends. I want to get back into training and go hard, my goal is to have my first fight come the summer time. Beside my kids, my music and martial arts are my passion. I want to give it a shot one way or another, if I fail then at least I can say I tried and there wont be no more desire burning inside of me because I haven’t tried.

I am going to go for it, I have to give it a shot and go hard, put my all into it; I have nobody to tell me I am dreaming or nobody to tell me I am stupid for even thinking about it at my age. I may be 28 year old but I believe I have learned a lot over the years, so I have a wiser mind set then that of an 18 year old with my goals. My body hasn’t been put through the damage that a 28 year old fighter who’s has been training and fighting since 18 has. I am a late bloomer as is, some people say I look like I am 18; I feel that I am the strongest I have ever been right now, I am probably in the best shape of my life and I think this is the perfect time to go hard at it.

I put together 2 potential schedules for training, I am going to post them. I am going to start slow and work my way into the regular schedule that I have planned, then when the time comes and I am ready to book a fight I have a tough 54 and a half hours per week schedule planned that will get me ready the months before the fight. I would train for 8 weeks and during the week of the fight rest with light training to make weight and stay loose.

I'd like to thank everyone for the support in the past and for your continued support in the future I truely value you friendship and thank you for taking interest in hobbys, I hope to do big things and plan not let down anyone that is rooting me on.

Tips on how you can make Money Online.

If you came here to get rich quick, I am sorry to say this is not going to help. One thing I can tell you is I am not going to sell you anything or make you sign up for my advice; the amount of money you make all has to do with how much effort you are willing to put in.

I am going to go over a few thing that can make you some spare cash when you’re sitting around the house doing nothing.

My first suggestion is start a blog like this one; if you have nothing to blog about then here are some topics:
  • Write about your day, your sex life.
  • You favorite sports or team, rumors or gossip.
  • Your favorite show, world news or events.
  • Your crush, your kids.
  • Your job, you dreams.
  • You hobby, things you want to try.

The list is endless, I am sure you can think of something people may be interested in reading. After finding something to write about there are options to add Google advertisements, you will slowly make money by gaining traffic and convincing people to click your ads.

At this time I would like to ask readers to stop and click on my ads, so I can make a few cents, I ask once per ad, but if you feel bored and really want to help me click each 10 times. I ask that you read the ads although it’s not a rule and I will not be mad if you close them right away.

So the next thing you want to do is advertise here are a few sites you can advertise your blog not but remember, don’t spam too much or people will not visit:
  • Facebook
  • MySpace
  • Chat rooms
  • MSN & Yahoo messenger
  • Forums
  • News website comment sections (try to make you article pertain to the news.)

So far this is the best way I have found next to selling your stuff on EBay or Kijiji.
(EBay a Kijiji are the best but once you run out of stuff to sell you run out of money).
If you can generate steady traffic your blog you can eventually start your own website and forward your faithful viewers to it to make even more money. For those who say why not just start a website, you can but it’s best to establish a faithful viewing crowd with a blog for free first just to make sure you have a good idea and are not going to waist any money.

Another way you can make money online is with YouTube. If you can get a lot subscribers and views on your videos then they will put advertisements on you channel & pay you depending on the amount of subscribers. This is particular good for those with entertainment talents like comedy, acting, or music. You can also use YouTube to work hand in hand with you blog by making video blogs to go with your blog site (ideal for debates or news also making blog interactive for readers by answering comments on blogs via video and personally thanking readers and people who post comments).

Another way you can make money online is by doing online surveys, though it can be a very slow process. A few sites I do surveys for are:
·       http://www.i-say.com/

Well there you have it, a few was to make some spare cash online; Thanks for those who took the time to check out my blog, all the luck to those who are going to give it a shot.
Don’t forget to click on my Google ads, it’s much obliged.

Google Adsense is Awesome and Comic Books are like Gold!

This is pretty sweet, my blog have been up for 6 days & I have almost made 10$; talk about set it & for get it. My Major sources of traffic have been Facebook & Bleacher Report. I have to figure out another way to get the river flowing; if I could bring in 100 views daily by the one month point that would be a huge accomplishment. I guess you get a little more then 1 cent for 50views. If anyone has any good idea for social networks I could advertise on or just any good way to get my blog out there I am down for suggestion. I recently priced my comic books, those things are like gold. If I sold all my comics as is I could get an easy 500$ for them, if I get them appraised I could nab a potential 8500$; I wonder how much appraisal would cost. I didn’t end up going back to training yet; when I was lifting weights I felt a lot of pain in my thumb still. Later in the day I had my wife to be, squeeze it & do a little bend test, definitely not ready to go; I think it is at the same stage as it was last time when I messed it up worse. Hope Monday will be the day it’s good to go; I may go do light stuff in the mean time like work on technique, with no sparring. Pisses my off that something like a sprained thumb can side track any progress I was making; I guess I have been doing a lot of shadow boxing, lets hope the neighbors didn’t walk by look in the window and think I was a crazy nut. Had a decent new beat started on Flstudios, I really need to buy that program the only copy I have gave my computer a virus last time I installed and you can’t save on a demo; don’t worry I got the lay out screen shots it should be easy to make again with them.

Thanks to everyone who has been checking in, and clicking on the Google ads keep doing what you’re doing it is appreciated, remember to jump on youtube.com make an account and subscribe to my channel www.youtube.com/tysonleeharris

Thanks again everyone;
Tyson

Today was a good day

Today was a good day, woke up at 7:30am fed Tae &  put her back to bed.
Started my morning work out routine after that, I think either I made is too hard or I am lifting to heavy because I only lasted one set; maybe I should try for 2 sets 2 times a day.

Here is my work out give me you opinion, I am 5’10 165lbs:
  • 60lbs Curls: (3 sets of 15)
  • 60lbs Jumping Squats: (3sets of 15)
  • 75lbs Incline Bench Press (3 sets of 15)
  • 10lbs St&ing Fly’s (3 sets of 20)
  • 75lbs Calve Raises (3 sets of 20)
  • 10lbs Clapping Fly’s (3 sets of 20)
  • 30lbs Triceps Press (3 sets of 15)
  • 60lbs Shoulder rolls (3 sets of 15)
  • 10lbs Salt shakers (3 sets of 20)
  • 50lbs lawn mower starts (3 sets of 20)

Anyways I spent most of the day trying to get vengeance on MMA plagiarizing mania, still no word back from the owner or any of them bastards. I spread the word how ever I could; hopefully something will pan out. Didn’t go into Certified Solar today, really didn’t feel like going door to door, it was a shitty wet morning & really felt like I wasted my time last week; job kind of seems like a pipe dream. I think I am going to do this my way for a bit; if they say anything I will h& them my book, badge & call it a loss.
I hit the job bank instead, but there is never anything good on it; Sutherl& is hiring for technical support again, honestly I would rather swan dive off the Ambassador Bridge then work there for scum low unappreciative wage again.

Des & Dest’s little bro Hunter left around noon after spending the weekend. Them girls are going to mess his head up; they were making him dress up like a princess & he was actually enjoying it. I had to step in & tell them not to do that; I told them & him a little boys is supposed to be a prince not princess. I had him telling them that he is a prince not a princess; & I gave him my suit coat to wear which was way to big. He is a funny little guy; I guess some people would say I am wrong to stop him from doing that; but I thought there is no way that I would be down with my little boy doing that play or not. I’ve heard of people dressing baby boys in dresses for baptisms & yes little Billy might get into moms clothes & high heal shoes a few times. Still there has got to be an age where someone steps in saying no; I think 3 year olds going on 4 are fairly impressionable so in my opinion I did the right thing. I’ve herd stories of grown men who cross dress because their mom or someone in their family used to dress them up make up & all when they were kids; that’s one heck of a complex to have.

Later in the day when the driveway dried, I played some basketball & slammed my thumb trying to dunk on the second highest level. Guess my thumb isn’t as healed as I thought; it throbbed for a good hour, so opted to bow out of going to train today seeing how boxing caused the injure & submission wrestling made it worse after it was almost better. Thumb feels decent now so I am going to the gym for sure tomorrow; going to take it easy though.
Played some more basketball with the girls when they got home from school; we played around the world on the lowest rim level. Desirae ended up winning, I had to teach her how to get the ball in from under the rim to finish the game; Destinee got stuck on their number 5 spot struggling to hit the rim, she is such a poor sport. I have different rules & further shots then them to make it somewhat fair; I made a rule that I always take my chance shot when I miss, so I got sent back to the beginning at the end of everyone of my turns if I don’t finish the game. I got right to the end a few time but couldn’t hit the shot from the middle of the yard to end it today like yesterday. I only wanted to play for an hour but I think we ended up playing for 2 & a half. Its fun teaching them how to play, I just wish they had more patience so I could teach them more in depth stuff like dribbling and passing drills; I guess they should learn how to shoot first to keep them interested though if you can’t move you might not get a shot.

Chatted with my friend Nat for a bit, she is a trip; hadn’t talked to her for awhile nice to hear she is doing well. Just finished Pricing out some training gear; nice gear, but I won’t have any arms or legs to put the shit on after paying for it. The Pro Set is 369.96$ - 298$ after EBay & the Kanpeki Elite set was 429.96$ - 385$ after EBay; couldn’t find the MMA glove for the Kanpeki set on EBay, that would have dropped the price by 15-20$. Both sets are really nice but I really want to get that Kanpeki Elite set; that old school brown leather is nice. Check the stuff out at http://www.hayabusafightwear.com/.

Well that it for tonight, time for my 10 minute abs & 12 minute nightly chest work out. May skip morning weight lifting & hit the morning MMA class for the first time tomorrow instead.

Thanks to all that took the time to read; I know this may have been a bit boring but I tried to make it at least a little humorous. Please if you haven’t yet go to youtube.com, sign up then subscribe to my channel; big things going down on there at some point so get a head start.

Also don’t forget to click the hell out of them Google ads on the right h& side of this page a little lower; 50 clicks equals 1cent it seems, so in 10 years I will make 10 bucks; kind of sounds similar to solar panels, in 20 years you will triple the 50g’s it cost to install fully financed, anyone interested?

Thanks again

Tyson.
